Course Bookings & Cancellations
All course bookings will be invoiced at time of booking and must be paid for in full before the course start date.
If a client is unable to attend a training course that has been booked they must contact Advanta Safety with as much notice as possible.
If a course that has been paid for is cancelled with notice of 3 days or more before the course start date, then a full refund or credit towards another course will be given.
Courses cancelled later than three days before the course start date must be paid for in full.
Where a client fails to attend a booked training course, full payment is due.
Participation
Advanta Safety is dedicated to providing high quality training programs to all of our clients.
We therefore expect the following from all attendees:
Active and positive participation in programmes.
No disruption to a class or interference with the learning of another attendee.
All property and equipment belonging to Advanta Safety must be respected.
Language
Please note that all courses advertised are conducted in English, unless otherwise stated.
Certain courses can be carried out in other languages by request. Please contact us if you have a requirement for a course in another language.
